K12Ambit Product Demo

A few words of instruction before entering the site. K12Ambit is a role based system. The possible Roles are:

1. System Administrator (The demo will not allow access to this role)
2. School Administrator
3. Teacher
4. Volunteer Coordinator
5. PTA Coordinator
6. School Nurse
7. Parent
8. Student

Since each user may be a different role at different times (such as a parent of a student who is also a teacher at the school), login IDs are static and you simply need to change your role.

We have set up 5 demo login IDs (demo1 through demo5) with the following roles enabled:

1. School Administrator
2. Teacher
3. Volunteer Coordinator
4. PTA Coordinator
5. School Nurse

If you would like to view the parent web portal, simply create a login id by following the instructions on the Login Screen.  This will demonstrate the ease with which the parents will use the system.
